Riad El Farah Kasbah - Marrakesh

The location of the riad is perfect, right in the centre of the medina, making it easy to explore most tourist locations in the Old Town. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with neatly folded clothes and good wifi. the host, Mohamed, is incredibly kind and attentive, providing great company and even acting as a tour guide and chef. the riad offers an authentic Moroccan experience with excellent service and a convenient location.

There are some issues with the plumbing and wifi, which can be hit and miss.

I liked the location, near of town center, guidance of owner regarding bank tellers, tours, places to buy, etc.

I did not like that there is no free wifi, it has a charge of 2 euros per day. Heating is turned on and off by the owner as he pleases (the room is very cold). Breakfast is little varied.

Excellent Facilities and Friendly Staff

The hotel offered top-notch facilities and amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's main attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and provide suggestions to make the most of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

Great location, close to main attractions and easy to find. Good shower and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the evening meal offered on arrival, which was a nice touch.

Our experience was not great. the room was freezing cold and heating only worked for a few hours a night.
